With the recent mass fires and other natural disasters, gratitude may be challenging for some people right now.

How do we give thanks when it seems like we have nothing to give thanks for?

On November 22, people in the USA will be celebrating Thanksgiving Day. Canadians celebrated Thanksgiving Day on October 8. Though you may live in one of the other 109 countries to which this newsletter goes, the concept of "giving thanks" is universal, as talked about in the famous movie, "The Secret."
